Hook started using Pro right after they raised their £2m seed round. The founder was the only person in the team, and they wanted a solution to help them build their early team and make key hires.
Since signing up, they’ve hired a Head of Business Operations, their first Product Manager, and two software engineers through Otta. They now have 12 people in the team and are growing fast.

Amelia was one of the first people Hook hired through Otta. Originally hired as a Business Operations Manager, she quickly got promoted to Head of Business Operations. She had been using Otta for around a month before being hired.
